Matted and framed in the Philippines, this painting is signed by artist T. Koffi, who wrote Togo below his (her) name. Painting depicts a woman carrying a baby on her back and a large pot on her head walking down a path behind two young boys. The painting is in Excellent condition, but the matte has some stain spots, so you may want to reframe.
